Best-Hall Kombi

The advantages of a fabric structure with the aesthetic appearance of a traditional building

BEST-HALL KOMBI

Are you looking for a quickly completed and cost-effective building, but with a more traditional facade material than PVC fabric?

Or can you only secure a building permit for fixed construction due to reasons related to the cityscape or town plan?

Best-Hall Kombi is a combination of a steel-framed fabric structure and a rigid-walled building, the wall material of which you can select freely. The hybrid building was originally developed to provide the benefits of a fabric structure when there are more requirements on the facade.

The most common Best-Hall Kombi wall material is a sandwich panel with a steel surface. Wood and sheet metal can also be used. The roof of the structure is made of PVC fabric. If necessary, the building can also be supplemented with canopies or additional structures made from different materials to modify its appearance to your liking.

Best-Hall Kombi requires a concrete foundation. The Kombi structure can be built as an unheated, semi-heated or heated building. In the insulated building, insulation, usually blown wool, is installed between the two layers of the roof structure.

When is the Kombi hybrid building the suitable choice?

The adaptable Best-Hall Kombi solution is suitable for almost all supplementary construction. Combination buildings have been mostly purchased to serve as tennis facilities, padel facilities, football training facilities and ice arenas when a material other than PVC fabric was wanted for the facade or the aim was to match the look of the structure to other buildings in the area.

When should I choose Best-Hall Kombi?

Best-Hall Kombi is an excellent solution for situations where the aim is to leverage the building speed and cost efficiency of a steel-framed fabric structure but use steel, wood or sheet metal for the facade.

The building is also suitable for areas where the zoning regulations require traditional construction. Thanks to the element walls, the Kombi structure is comparable to a traditional building, and you can secure a building permit for areas where the town plan does not permit fabric buildings, which are regarded as temporary structures.

The Kombi can be prepared for use in 3–4 months, so it is also a good option to providing additional space on short notice.
