A perfect storage building in the yard with next to no effort

Constructing a new building is easy for a company with Best-Hall handling all aspects of the project’s progress. E.T. Listat was impressed by Best-Hall’s operating methods and precise project management, which enabled the company to gain fast access to a new storage building.

Based in Ylivieska, E.T. Listat Oy is the leading Finnish manufacturer of construction mouldings and profiles as well as interior panels and natural wooden floors. In 2020, the growing company needed a new raw material and finished product warehouse for finger joints to make room for a new production line in the previous storage building.

Best-Hall’s fabric building was selected as the solution, and the speed and ease of the installation was a positive surprise to the company. The building was set up directly on finished asphalt, so no heavy foundation work was required.

“Everything went perfectly from the start of the project to the installation. The structure was set up very quickly without us having to be involved in any way since Best-Hall handled everything,” says E.T. Listat’s Sales and Purchasing Director Pasi Rautio.

The new facility, which was completed in a timely manner before the arrival of the production line, boasts a total of about 2,000 square metres of storage space.

Rautio praises Best-Hall particularly for the excellent project management. The necessary drawings and instructions were delivered on time, and the task division between the company and supplier was clear.
