The many benefits of selecting Best-Hall include a shorter installation period than in traditional construction. Our long-term product development, expert design, and manufacturing at our own factory combine to minimise the time spent in the installation phase.
Our expert assemblers have decades of experience in the installation of the buildings as well as the relevant methods and safety at work, meaning that lifting and transportation equipment is usually all that is needed.
In addition to our own installation services, building installations and equipment provisions are performed by our carefully selected partners, which is why we can easily provide a warranty for every building installed!
Installation work phases
Setting up a Best-Hall building can be performed very quickly compared to traditional construction: 1,500 square metres of ready-to-use space can be installed in less than two weeks. The rapid speed of installation work is enabled by high-quality materials, carefully planned work phases and the best expertise in the industry, which also makes the construction project very cost efficient and effortless.
The steel rod anchoring system developed by Best-Hall helps in the swift installation of our buildings. The system ensures that your building remains steady at all times. Depending on the carrying capacity of the site and the load on the structures, the asphalt-based steel anchoring can be used as a foundation for membrane cladded buildings up to 40–45 metres wide. Buildings wider than this can also be installed quickly on concrete.
Asphalt is usually a sufficient foundation for small and medium-sized buildings, as the anchoring foot plates are installed directly on top of it. However, the customer is always responsible for the foundation, whether it be an asphalt or concrete foundation.
Our professionals will begin the installation by assembling the building’s steel frame once the foundation has been laid. The frame is assembled in a horizontal position, and it typically requires an area at least as wide as the height of the building’s walls. However, installing a building on a smaller plot is also possible. This is taken into account in the plan concerning the lifting of the frame. Once the frame has been assembled and installed, a covering fabric will be hoisted onto the roof of the building, attached to the frame and tightened. Finally, the fabrics at the gables of the building are set up, attached and tightened.
Whether the project site is a chemical production facility, an airport or a busy harbour, our building installation professionals will work according to our customers’ rules and the local regulations when planning and carrying out the installation.
Our buildings are designed to be safe even in the most demanding environments, with the best expertise available in the industry!
